Our grand history falls 50 years ago where the story unfolds as follows... 50 years ago, there was a man called Mr. Savva Theodosis whom had a vineyard in the area of 'Kapedes' of which was converted within the years into a small traditional Cypriot Coffee Shop servicing travelers in the area! As the years rolled by, the coffee shop had grew and evolved into a fine restaurant serving traditional Cypriot meals freshly baked by Mrs. Eleni the cook of whom was Mr. Savva's wife! The restaurant was built on the panoramic hill with a beautiful view of Nicosia itself being the capital of Cyprus. In 1984 Christoforos, Mr. Theodosis son, began to follow his father’s footsteps aiming to keep the family vision, efforts and tradition alive! He attended the Hotel and Food Arts Institute where his specialty fell onto cooking, confectionery as well as catering services; qualifying for the restaurant management level and legacy ownership of the family business ACROPOLIS HILL RESTAURANT. In 1988 Mr. Theodosis' 3 sons: Costas, George and Christoforos established the business Theodosis Tourist Co Ltd where the restaurant commenced its services within the summer of 1990 introducing catering services as well as a rich variety of meals for their buffet menu. Until this very date, the restaurant is quite famous for their food quality. This had given rise to their business as numerous reservations where constantly flowing within the restaurant leaving a line of satisfied customers as they had generously welcomed this new service During mid of 1998 Mr. Christoforos, who by that time was the major shareholder in the business had supervised the first renovations of the restaurant along with its expansion.
In 2004 when Cyprus was qualified for the European Union standards, adjustments took place within the restaurant business in conformance with the HACCP standards whilst in 2005, the catering business takes on a new form and business name called: DIVINE CATERING. Their new catering service further expands the family business into a new location within the city of Nicosia. Divine Catering was made into a corporate business profile in its show room located at Nikis Avenue for better service and access to its customers. Equipped with the latest equipment, the new business can cater for any event and at any size throughout Cyprus. In 2008 the company emerges a new corporate profile business within the Fast Food industry and gives it the name: 5nostimo ( meaning ... Truly Delicious! ) The family business launches its new business identity in the area of Lakatamia, Nicosia. Its main target is to provide fresh and quality home cooked dishes for lunch and dinner where the main target is to gradually expand into more locations throughout Nicosia.
